3204118 - How to Compare the Cost Center Assignment of the Expense Arrangement With the Organizational Assignment in Employee's Personnel File

You are reviewing the cost center assignment in the employee's expense arrangement and comparing with the organizational assignment in the employee's personnel file.

You have checked the Expense Arrangement report and see that it does not have the Cost Center characteristic.

SAP Business ByDesign.

1. Go to Travel and Expenses work center.
2. Go to Lists view.
3. Open the Expense Arrangement report.
4. Execute the report for the relevant employees.

You notice that there is no characteristic for the Cost Center assignment that could be used to compare with the assignment in the personnel file.

At the moment, this characteristic is not available.

You can evaluate the feasibility of developing a custom add-on solution to retrieve the Cost Center from the expense arrangements. The Cost Center ID in the Cost Assignment of an expense arrangement for an employee is PSM enabled as per below BO Path in the Studio:
