The buyer is using SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing integrated with SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA using SAP Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway. Previously, when the buyer canceled an invoice in SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA after the invoice was reconciled in SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing, the invoice was deleted.
