3204135 - Offboarding tile not displayed for employee terminated

Symptom

Offboarding tile is missing for offboardees
Offboardee cannot see the 'Review Offboarding Data' tile in the Latest Homepage on b2205 release.

Reproducing the Issue

1. Access instance as employee/offboardee

2. Go to Home page

3. No offboarding tiles available.

Cause

Expected behavior due to b2205 release.
Limitation in the Latest home page in Preview environment

Resolution

Offboarding tiles will be available for Manager or Responsible users only.
- Onboarding Data Review
  - Review Offboarding Data

- Onboarding Manager Activities
  - Create Knowledge Transfer Plan
  - List Asset to Return
  - Scheduled Onboarding Meetings
  - Write Farewell Message

Offboardee/Terminated Employee can only see the Review Offboarding Data task under To do. But, no tile from the Home page.
