3204165 - Approval Record of Document Update Not Displayed in Approval Status Report Directly From The Document

Symptom

  • The document has a status Document Update [Pending], Document Update [Rejected] or Document Update [Approved] in the header.
  • You cannot find the approval record for the update by right clicking it and choosing Approval Status Report.
  • You receive the system message Data is not available; modify selection criteria and re-enter [Message 131-85].
