Symptom
The supplier is on an Ariba Network account integrated with SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA using SAP Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway, and upgraded to SAP Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway, Release 2208 (Q3 2022, SP18). Previously, when the supplier revoked and deleted an approved service entry sheet (SES), an error occurred in the SLG1 log. The following error message was displayed:
Proxy not triggered. Service Entry Sheet is not approved or rejected
