3204279 - "View Tile Reports" option not available in Home Page

"View Tile Reports" option not available in Home Page even after providing Access Tiles from Home Page permission in the Reports Permission tab.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Login in to the instance;
2. "View Tile Reports" card is not available in Homepage;
3. For some scenarios, if other user proxy as the affected user they can see the "View Tiles Reports" displayed.

• The Tile is not set to be visible in Homepage.
• The Tile is hidden due to the fact that only a maximum of 16 cards or quick actions can be displayed at a time.

To fix this go to Manage Home Page ---> Quick Actions ---> Check "View Tile Reports" box.

Once it is done, "View Tile Reports" will start appearing in Home Page

Note :

A maximum of 16 quick actions appear on the home page, for any individual user. If someone is in the target audience for more than 16 quick actions, at any given time, only the first 16 are displayed, according to the display order that's set on the Manage Quick Actions page.

1. Go to Manage Home Page > Quick Actions > look for 'View Tile Reports'
2. Click > Actions (...) > Move To
3. Select a higher position for View Tile Reports e.g. Position 1 if you want users to see this Tile as the first tile displayed in the Home Page
