3204280 - Field 'Template Last Modified Date' in Manage Templates not Saving After H12022 - Recruiting Management

When a user changes the date on field 'Template Last Modified Date', after clicking 'Publish', it reverts back to the date before.

1. Go to Manage Templates.
2. Select a template.
3. Change the field's date:
   
4. Click 'publish'.
5. Notice that the changes were saved successfully but the date was reverted back:

As a workaround, the date can be changed in the XML Template itself:

As it seems the field is pulling the date from here.
