Symptom

  • Different tasks fail intermittently with same RFC error.
  • Same error is even written in task error log when task is completed successfully.
  • Error message: <00: CRFC error: RFC_COMMUNICATION_FAILURE- connection closed without message (CM_NO_DATA_RECEIVED)[SAP Cannot connect to SAP Applications datastore <XXX> using host <XXX>, client <XXX>, user <XXX>, and Partner]>. Please make sure the SAP server is running and the login information is correct.
  • Not all of the data is transferred from the SAP system to the desired target and the mentioned error message appears.
