• When you install ASE on Windows the installation failed with the message below:
  SySAM Error (0): Failed to get address information for email delivery to smtp. Error=11001 No such host is known. 
  Additional Notes: FATAL ERROR -     class com.sybase.ia.common.InstallMergeModuleStatus FatalInstallException: Open Client: FAILED.  See log file ...\open_client.log for detail.
  Additional Notes: FATAL ERROR -     class com.sybase.ia.common.InstallMergeModuleStatus FatalInstallException: ASE ODBC Driver: FAILED.  See log file ...\odbc.log for detail.
  Additional Notes: FATAL ERROR -     class com.sybase.ia.common.InstallMergeModuleStatus FatalInstallException: ADO.NET: FAILED.  See log file ...\ado_net.log for detail.
  Additional Notes: FATAL ERROR -     class com.sybase.ia.common.InstallMergeModuleStatus FatalInstallException: Interactive SQL: FAILED.  See log file ...\dbisql.log for detail.
  The installation failed.
• When check the log file mentioned above, for example open_client.log, you will see:
