3204417 - Latest Goal Integration in Performance Form

As of the 1H 2022 Release, latest goal version is integrated into Performance Forms. 

If Latest Goal Management is enabled, when adding goals in a performance form, you will see the Latest Goal version instead of the Legacy Goal.

This article explains how the integration works.

1. Permission to Add Latest Goals in Performance Forms

The following permissions are required to add Latest Goals to Performance Forms:

• Performance Form: Action Search: Manage Templates > Performance Review tab > Select template > Edit Fields and Sections > Goal Section > Show advanced options... > Ensure Allow users to add/remove Goals within the section is checked
• Goal Plan: Action Search: Manage Permission Roles > Select role > Permission... link > User Permissions section > Goals
  
  1. Ensure Goal Plan Permissions is checked
  2. Ensure the relevant goal plan(s) is/are selected
  3. Ensure the form subject is included in the target population
• Goal Template XML (Only partners can access provisioning): configure <permission for="create">
