3204466 - System copy - Unable to create database information file - SAP ASE for BS

• While running a homogeneous system copy with load of a dumped database, the following error is returned

              Automatic load of database '<SID>' failed.
              Refer to trace file sapinst_dev.log for further information.
              Perform a manual database load. When finished, confirm with OK.
              Otherwise the installation will abort.

• The sapinst_dev.log file has the following entries
