3204510 - Testing/Simulating inbound calls to the Agent Desktop using the Local CTI adapter is not possible

Symptom

You are using the Agent Desktop (Service Agent Console) along with the CTI Local Adapter
Simulating calls to C4C do not work

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer
SAP Cloud for Service
SAP Cloud for Sales

Reproducing the Issue

Connect to C4C
Start the CTI Local Adapter
Simulate an inbound call, but no alerts are seen in C4C UI

Resolution

The CTI Local Adapter is not yet supported with the Agent Desktop
Instead, customers should use the Widget Integration in Agent Desktop
