Symptom
- You are using the Agent Desktop (Service Agent Console) along with the CTI Local Adapter
- Simulating calls to C4C do not work
Environment
- SAP Cloud for Customer
- SAP Cloud for Service
- SAP Cloud for Sales
Reproducing the Issue
- Connect to C4C
- Start the CTI Local Adapter
- Simulate an inbound call, but no alerts are seen in C4C UI
Resolution
- The CTI Local Adapter is not yet supported with the Agent Desktop
- Instead, customers should use the Widget Integration in Agent Desktop
