Symptom
- When dumping a database
- Message is returned to client and Backup Server log:
Invalid Device: you cannot dump to or load from a directory, '/backup/<SID>'.
Backup Server: 4.135.2.1: Invalid Device: you cannot dump to or load from a directory, '/backup/<SID>'. - In Business Suite systems on ASE, an ST22 DUMP with Error Code DBSQL_TABLE_UNKNOWN is seen
- The dump fails and error 8009 is reported:
Msg 8009, Level 16, State 1:
Server '<SID>', Line 1:
Error encountered by Backup Server. Please refer to Backup Server messages for details.
ERROR: Error encountered by %S_MSG. Please refer to %S_MSG messages for details.
