3204602 - Supplemental Tasks are still shown in My Team tile even the Employee has completed or dismissed them - 1H 2022

With the enhancement WEF-21731 it is now possible to create supplemental tasks for the Latest Home Page. However, tasks that were completed or dismissed by the Employee are still shown to the Manager under My Team tile.

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

1. Go to Manage Home Page;
2. Click on "Manage Supplemental Tasks";
3. Create a Supplemental Task;
   
   
   
   
4. As the user who is assigned to the Target Group, go to Home Page and click on "Mark as Complete” or "Dismiss" under the task;
   
   
   
   
5. Proxy as the Manager;
   
   
   
   The My Team tile still shows the task as if the Employee has not completed or dismissed it.
