3204655 - Error message while testing 'Class Registration when One Seat Remains' in legacy Registration page

Two users start to register for a class at the same time and there’s only one seat left, with both Course Home experiences disabled, and one of the users receives an application error:

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. With both Course Home features disabled: enableCourseHome=false & enableCourseHomeBlended=false
2. Two users accessed a Class with only one seat available
3. Both Users clicked 'Register Now' at the same time
4. One of the users received an error

Our Engineering team has already fixed the issue for b2211 Learning instances.

We have submitted a patch request for b2205 environments and it is under Engineering analysis.

We will update the KB article once we get a response about the patch request.

Update Jun 09th: The patch has been approved by Engineering team. The fix is planned to be applied to b2205 SaaS instances with b2205p8 (08-Jun-22 to Preview instances and 10-Jun-22 to Production instances).
