- SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone
Cause
The people widget, the feed entries, author information, and other information get the picture from Work Zone/JAM directly. The shell gets the picture via this API call.
Resolution
By default, your profile image consists of your initials within a circle. This appears for users that don't have a picture uploaded in Work Zone/JAM. The accent colour is chosen according to the first letter of the name.
It is not possible to sync profile pictures between SuccessFactors and Work Zone after off-bizx.
