3204687 - Datahub publication keeps in IN_PROGRESS status in Commerce Cloud

Symptom

Once Datahub starts up with the first publication being performed, the publication requests to Commerce was keeping IN_PROGRESS status although the data might be replicated, which causing the following publications being in PENDING status.

Meanwhile, in the datahub log there was below error from hibernate.dialect class.

[ERROR][http-nio-8080-exec-9][com.hybris.datahub.rest.resources.mapper.BaseExceptionMapper] An exception intercepted
java.lang.UnsupportedOperationException: query result offset is not supported
 at org.hibernate.dialect.pagination.TopLimitHandler.processSql(TopLimitHandler.java:56)
 at org.hibernate.loader.Loader.executeQueryStatement(Loader.java:2029)
 at org.hibernate.loader.Loader.executeQueryStatement(Loader.java:2012)
