SAP Knowledge Base Article - PreviewSymptom
You activated "icm/HTTP/logging_client_<nr>" parameter in the ABAP AS and/or JAVA AS and/or SAP Web Dispatcher
For ABAP instances it works as expected, the log file contains the outgoing HTTP calls made by those ABAP instances
But it does not work for JAVA AS and SAP Web Dispatcher, it is always empty.
