How to avoid E-Verify phone number related error while submitting the phone number such as: ###-###-#### 

SAP Successfactors Onboarding 2.0

Issue is due to External candidates providing the Hyphens while submitting the phone number such as: ###-###-#### and E-Verify is failing.
