Symptom

When a user is attempting to enroll into a Webex class the "VLS error: Email is in use." error is generated

This error is coming from Webex. We know this as when the LMS application logs are reviewed the following (sample) is recorded:

Note the error number 030005 which is outlined in this Webex XML API Release Notes or this alternative Webex help page

Please follow up with Webex to determine the root cause for this particular error.
