Symptom

Export to external FTP failed with the below error message in the log 'Could not connect to SFTP server'

Environment

SAP Time and Attendance Management by WorkForce Software

Reproducing the Issue

Run the Punch and Schedule Exports

Cause

Size difference between WFSOutgoingFTP and LaborDashFTPIncompleteFile

Resolution

Both FTP locations should have the same size setup to complete the export of a larger file.

Workaround
===========
Run the larger files into parts.
