3205208 - Is it possible to report on foundation Object 'Dynamic role' on Story or Canvas Advanced Reports?

Foundation Object 'Dynamic role' data is not reportable on Story or Canvas Advanced Reports.

Below is a sample Dynamic Role.

To reproduce the issue in Story reports:

1. Go to Report Center;
2. Create a new Story report;
3. In the Available Data list -> Expand Foundation Objects -> Drag and drop the 'Dynamic Role';
4. No join available between the 'Dynamic Role' and other Foundation objects. Need to report through Position object and which will not fetch the required data.

It is an expected behavior.

This functionality is not yet implemented at Story reports or Canvas Advanced reporting.

As a workaround you can use Canvas Detailed Reporting (ORD) or Table reports, as they are created based on domains and not tables. To check how to do that, kindly refer to KBA 3211581 - How to report on 'Dynamic Role' foundation object?.
