You want to report on Clock In Clock Out information.

Reporting on Clock In Clock Out Time Events became available as of 1H 2023 release. 

It is only possible to report on Clock In Clock Out information on Story reports. This information is not reportable in any other reporting tool available on Report Center, such as Canvas or Table reports.
