3205376 - Data Replication Monitor - Link "go to people profile" Doesn't Work

When you click on the employee name in DRM, to go to People Profile for employees - it redirects to own people profile of the user and not to the profile of the employee you clicked on.
The issue occurs randomly. Sometimes it works properly and redirects to the people profile of affected employee but sometimes it redirects own profile.

1. Navigate to DRM
2. Click on employee name 

The issue is due to the enablement of Per Company Encryption. Once it is enabled, the encryption uses V3 version to encrypt/decrypt data. V3 has NOT been enhanced for URL usage. So, if module team use it to encrypt data and use in URL, sometimes the ciphertext may contains URL reserved characters such as: =, +.

Our team are working on improving this functionality, and the estimated ETA at present is the 2H 2022 Release (November 2022) (our internal reference: ASE-697)
