3205414 - Error in XML document (6,51) when launched EPM add-in from BPC web

Symptom

  • When EPM add-in is launched from BPC web, an error occurs:
    There is an error in XML document (6,51).
    'Element' is an invalid XMLNodeType. Line 6, position 51.
  • Sometimes, on EPM add-in side, if the user clicks "Log On" button in EPM tab in Excel, there is no response and nothing happens.
