3205464 - Line Managers Are Unable to See Employees

Line Managers are unable to view their employees in Managing my area.

SAP Business By Design

1. Go to Managing My Area work center
2. Go to My Department
3. Select My Team

Manager X is not able to see employees.

The system has master data replication enabled. The Reporting Line Unit where X is the Manager does not have the recent Employee data.

1. Go to Master Data Replication
2. Click Reporting line units
3. Search for the reporting line unit 

The last replication was done several weeks before. Employees are not updated in reporting line unit where X is the Manager.

Any position change leads to inconsistent managing position assignment.

To correct the data in system the affected Reporting line unit has to be replicated again.
