Symptom

The purpose of this document is to help identify the correct SAP Component area when opening or rerouting a support Case (incident) that should be handled by HEC partners directly.

HEC partners are involved when a technical change to the HEC system is needed:

  • Solution requires implementation of technical notes.
  • Traces/Log Files have to be activated.
  • Code has to be deployed or activated.
  • Profile parameters have to be changed.
  • Any correction/execution/changes on the OS level.
