Symptom
The purpose of this document is to help identify the correct SAP Component area when opening or rerouting a support Case that should be handled by HEC (or SAP RISE or SAP ECS) partners directly.
HEC partners are involved when a technical change to the Private Cloud system is needed:
- Any Service Request issue.
- Solution requires implementation of technical notes.
- Traces/Log Files have to be activated.
- Code has to be deployed or activated.
- Profile parameters have to be changed.
- Any correction/execution/changes on the OS level.
