3205587 - Error when creating the job requisition from Position Org Chart - Recruiting Management/Employee Central

When trying to create a job requisition from Position Org Chart, getting an error before even selecting the job requisition template:

"Details: Sorry, the job requisition could not be created. An error occurred while executing rule [Name of the rule to Derive the Template Name]."

The Rule Scenario is Basic, and it should be "Derive Job Requisition Template in Recruiting Integration".

As per the instructions of the implementation guide, it is required to ensure that the rule deriving the template name is using the Rule Scenario "Derive Job Requisition Template in Recruiting Integration". If the Basic scenario is used, the error will display in the screen.
