3205622 - The "Select All" button placed in the table header is not available anymore

Symptom

After upgrading SAP GUI from a version lower than SAP GUI 750 Patchlevel 04, the "Select All" button (placed on the left side of the header as shown in the image attached) used to select table rows and columns is not available anymore for MIGO/MIRO transactions.
