3205654 - CTI widget would not load in C4C - X-frame-Options to deny

Symptom

  • C4C is integrated with Sinch Contact Pro (formerly SAP Contact Center) via widget
  • This issue can also be observed when using other CTI integrators
  • The widget does not load within the Live Engagements pop-up window while using either Live Activity or Agent Desktop (add-on)
  • The logs show errors:
    • “refused to display http://login.micosoftonline.com in a frame because X-frame-Options to deny”
    • “refused to display http://XYZ.com in a frame because X-frame-Options to deny”
