Symptom
- C4C is integrated with Sinch Contact Pro (formerly SAP Contact Center) via widget
- This issue can also be observed when using other CTI integrators
- The widget does not load within the Live Engagements pop-up window while using either Live Activity or Agent Desktop (add-on)
- The logs show errors:
- “refused to display http://login.micosoftonline.com in a frame because X-frame-Options to deny”
- “refused to display http://XYZ.com in a frame because X-frame-Options to deny”
