3205691 - Merit Recommendation is not showing correct values when clicking on Submit and Cancel

When "Functional Currency" or "Planner Currency" is selected in Worksheet and an employee has Local Currency Code in either "INR" or "PHP, if a planner enters a value onto "Merit Increase", clicks on Submit, but then clicks on Cancel at the next step, the value in the column will get reset.
