3205697 - CICO: An unexpected error occurred while inserting the Time Event Type. Please contact your administrator.

• Error when trying to create time event type via Configure Clock In Clock Out menu "An unexpected error occurred while inserting the Time Event Type. Please contact your administrator."
• Issue still remains even after the CICO was disabled and enable again from Provisioning  

• SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking Clock In Clock Out

1. Go to Configure Clock In Clock Out menu from SF Home Page 
2. Click Create
3. Input P10, Clock In and Start event and Click Save

• After CICO was enabled from Provisioning , a week later an automated refresh to the instance was done.
• Automated refresh is not supported if CICO is enabled

1. After CICO is switced off and an automated refresh is done, CICO will not work if enabled after the refresh is completed for given instance
2. Do not perform Automated Referesh, instead go for the manual Refresh incase CICO is enabled.
3. Incase the issue still remains,create a Support ticket in component LOD-SF-TTR-CIO with all information.
