3206221 - [Onboarding] Onboarding Specific ATS Rule is not working post 1H 2022 Release

Symptom

Internal Hires and subsequent Onboarding processes are being skipped for candidates. This was working as expected prior to the 1H 2022 release. This is happening specifically when Event Reason is passed via Business Rule for Internal Hires

Environment

Cause

In b2205, a new rule context called "API" has been introduced and this has a default value as 'No' when ONLY Onboarding Rule Context is set as 'Yes'.
This is the reason the rule will skip in ATS Flow.

Resolution

If the same rule is not configured for RCM External User and/or RCM Internal Hire flow, set API Context set as 'Yes'.
