3206330 - Centralized Services support Non-Recurring Pay Component Imports - ECT-133392 - identical records error - CS1H2022

Symptom

If an import file contains identical records in non-recurring pay component import. It is expected, by release feature ECT-133392, only the first record is considered. But getting error message on reproduction as:

'You are trying to modify multiple records with the same keys (pay-date, pay-component-code, user-id). Please review the data and try again.'
