You expect the following reports and/or the following data source to be available:

• The reports Resource Calendar (HCMRPMU05_Q0001) and Resource Calendar – My Area (HCMRPMU05_Q0002)
• Data Source: Service Order Processing with Resource Calendar (HCMRPMB05)

These reports are missing and the data source appears to be  "empty".

1. Go to Business Analytics work center
2. Go to Design Reports view
3. Filter for HCMRPMU05
4. > no relevant standard reports available for HCMRPMU05

1. Go to Business Analytics work center
2. Go to Design Data Source view
3. Find HCMRPMB05
4. Select Preview
5. Perform several tests with different selections 
6. > No data appears

This issue appears when Resource Planning Management is not scoped.

1. Got to Business Configuration work center
2. Go to Implementation Projects view
3. Edit Project Scope
4. Go to Questions Step
5. Expand Scoping Elements 
6. Mark Project Resource Management
7. Add 'Do you want to use Resource Availability Search based on planned work specified at the task level of a project?' to your solution
