Symptom
- When accessing forms on completed stage for a planner, there are some employees missing that do not show up on the worksheet even though they belong to it;
- The missing employees do not appear in the filter options as well.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Compensation
Reproducing the Issue
- Log in to the instance;
- Proxy as a planner;
- Go to Compensation > Completed folder and open a form;
- Check that there are employees missing in the form, that is, some of the users do not show up even though they belong to the worksheet (you can verify it by either filtering on team view in Executive Review or by checking the employees list when going to Manage Worksheets > Delete Employees and selecting the corresponding form).
Cause
One user edits Executive Review as another user routes the form forward. Consequently, only the edited employees appear on the form.
Resolution
- According to Engineering team, this is a very corner case and the fix is a risky procedure;
- Given that, customers should apply the available workaround by routing the form back, saving it and then sending it back to completed stage.
