Symptom

  • An External SAP HANA View is generated based on an BW object like a HCPR or ADSO performance issues are experienced when accessing this view with SQL.
  • A External SAP HANA View is used in a HANA Calculation View which is a part-provider of an CompositeProvider (HCPR). The performance of a BW query based on this HCPR is bad due to a long running HANA statement accessing the HANA Calculation View.
