Symptom

Why do labels on sequence flows move after saving and reviewing the model the next day?

Environment

SAP Signavio Process Manager 3.0

Reproducing the Issue

Import .sgx file
Open the Editor > do same change such as rename the diagram name and save
Open the diagram in the next day, we can see labels on sequence flow is moving.

Resolution

This is a known issue and has already been forwarded to our developers to get this fixed.
If you are affected by this issue and want to be kept up to date about this issue, please create a ticket in our SAP Signavio Support Portal and reference the ticket number SPM-16136.

Workaround: The workaround is to use Context Menu to make the connection flow and save the model. Instead of manually dragging in the flow object from the left panel, and then connecting the 2 objects, click on the first object, hover the mouse on the context menu, and use the flow connector and drag it over the second object, This will automatically create a flow connection between the 2 objects. and this flow will hopefully stay in place, instead of moving around, when they reopen the model
