SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 

1. Initiate onboarding for a candidate
2. Complete all steps of the process
3. Completed goals tasks
4. Hire the candidate via Manage Pending Hires
5. On day one goals did not automatically transfer to Goal Plan

Configuration

Some causes for this issue could be that the TransferOnboardingGoalsToGM job is not configured in Provisioning.

1. Navigate to Provisioning.
2. Manage Schedule Jobs.
3. Filter by TransferOnboardingGoalsToGM > Click Refresh.
4. If job is not visible click Create New Job.
5. Enter Job Name, Owner , Job Type TransferOnboardingGoalsToGM.
6. Click Recurring> Daily, select appropriate time.
7. Enter Start Date it must be a future date.
8. Create job > Run it.
   
9. Once you create  the job you must provide the job own with Goal template, and transfer permission.
10. Navigate to BizX
11. Manage Permission Roles
12. Find the role associated with to Job Owner > Click on it
13. Click on Permission
14. Under Goals > find you goal plan 
15. Hold Ctrl then click on you goal plan
    
    
    
16. Then navigate to Manage User.
17. Check Goal Transfer permission.
    
    
    
    
18. Grant the same permissions as above to the OnboardingBpeAdmin Role
