Symptom

BAdI /IWWRK/BADI_TGW_CUSTOM_ATTR  is implemented according to the guidelines of KBA 3170472 - Task Gateway BAdI - /IWWRK/BADI_TGW_CUSTOM_ATTR, but the BAdI is not called, the following symptoms are experienced in Fiori My Inbox application: 

  • Custom attributes are not displayed in Fiori My Inbox application
