Installation (GUI) is failing due the following errors:

Calling the shell with 'D:\SAP\SYSAM-2_0\bin\cpuinfo.exe '.
Calling the shell with '-1073741515 = return code.'.
The available CPU number should be between '1' and '0'.
Attribute 'avail_cpu_num' could not be set because '3' is  an invalid value.
