- ASE Server is not starting
- ASE errorlog may show various Windows errors and stack traces:

kernel kbcreate: couldn't create server region 2.
kernel kistartup: could not create shared memory

kernel Adaptive Server Enterprise system exception (0xc0000005) generated by a storage access violation.
