3207114 - SQL code: 4121 occurred while accessing table due to \1LT\ triggers

Symptom

The following SQL error occurs after a system copy:

SQL error "SQL code: 4121" occurred while accessing table "TABLE_NAME".  SQL message: Cannot find either column "<sid>" or the user-defined function or aggregate "<sid>.get_MSSQL_USER", or the name is ambiguous.

This error might occur when using SE38 or a similar transaction.  The name of the view or table may be different.  The <sid> schema is usually the schema of the old system prior to the system copy or refresh. In some cases it is the schema of the new system.
