Login of the candidate changed and the candidate is not able to login the system after complete paperwork.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0
Cause
Configuration in Provisioning.
Resolution
The option Use the Same User ID for Pre-day1 User and the Employee is not selected in Provisioning and as a result the login is changed after complete paperwork.
If the option is enabled the user will be able to login with the same user from initial email.
