3207231 - List contains no data in display transactions (FBLxN, FAGLL03 and FAGLB03)

Symptom

After executing transactions FAGLB03 or FAGLL03 with the desired criteria the system displays an empty list. 
On the center of the list, there is a message displaying "List contains no data".
 
However, when the user looks down on the bottom side of the screen, there is a message displaying "XXXX items were selected", meaning that the selection of the items actually worked.
