Symptom

The application status audit trail portlet is showing all skipped statuses even though "Hide skipped statuses in application audit trail" has been enabled

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to any Job Requisition
  2. Access any candidates
  3. Move candidate to another status by drag & drop
  4. The skipped status will show in Application Status Audit Trail

 

Resolution

This appear to be cause by the H1 2022 Preview Release. RCM Engineering team is aware of this issue and is working to provide a solution. We recommend you add this KBA to your favorites to see the latest updates.
