3207300 - Incorrect service line-item number was getting updated in SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA

Symptom

The buyer is on SAP Ariba Sourcing integrated with SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA using SAP Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway. Previously, when a buyer sent a request for quotation (RFQ) to SAP Ariba Sourcing for awarding and then sent a QuoteMessage to SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA, the service order that was created in SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA contained  incorrect service line-item numbers.
