3207393 - Purchase order line-item number and line-item information were missing in SLG1 logs when an advanced ship notice failed in SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA

Symptom

The buyer is on an Ariba Network account integrated with SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA using SAP Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway. Previously, when a buyer sent a purchase order, and the supplier created an incorrect advance ship notice against the purchase order. The advance ship notice failed in SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA, and the purchase order line-item number and line-item information was missing in the SLG1 logs.
