Username not pre-populating for first onboarding login page

Reproducing the Issue
The username will not be pre filled in login page even though it is present in Welcome message URL
Cause
b2205 changes
Resolution
Prior to b2205, The username query string in the URL will be pre-filled in the login page when the external user logs in. In b2205, this feature has been removed by platform due to security reasons.
Henceforth all the External users will have to manually enter the username when they login to the system.
