3207607 - Double Feed Entry

• A feed entry on a blog in Jam was posted twice. 
• This was a one time occurrence. 

SAP Jam Collaboration

1. Log onto customer's instance with support access.
2. Go to SAP Jam.
3. Go to affected Group Feed.
4. Observe the feed entry was posted twice. 

• Delay on the servers and the user tried triggering it again/the system did.
• The system picked it up as 2 triggers due to lag and posted the entry twice. 
• Small intermittent network issues. 

Issue usually only occurs once and resolves itself.
